Engineering Services

And supporting our customer in selecting the right GPON equipment, such as Optical Line Terminals (OLTs) and Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), based on your specific needs.

Installation

  • When the customer’s equipment is delivered and ready for deployment, our service in the deployment phase, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition.
  • After the commissioning, the system is tested in detail for its functionality and performance and released for acceptance.

Data Migration

  • In order to obtain the best potential data migration result, this project phase requires close engagement with the customer. The data to be imported is migrated in multiple runs, each with its own presentation and any necessary modifications. Following the integration of the various data sources, the data is presented, migrated, and transferred.

Training

  • Once the data migration is complete, the customer’s user can be thoroughly trained. Participants are trained in all data gathering and maintenance functions during the initial three-day training course, known as the basic seminar.
  • Users can take further training classes on FTTH planning and other more in-depth topics.
